What is the PLC startup sequence that the PLC goes through to recover the lost communication with the remote IO device

Hi even i have the same issue of io device not found recently. my main plc is 1500 and the comms to the remote io device gets only established after powercycling the main breaker to plc that is turning on/off atleat 1 to 2 times. i want to know what is the sequence of startup like for the plc, like what are the criterias the plc go through to regain the loss comms with remote io device ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
