WinCC VBscript High Limit Value

Rpoppe90 Regular Member Joined: 1/30/2018 Last visit: 5/19/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I want to make the high limit value of a PLC tag (Tag1) variable to the value of a other PLC tag (Tag2) in WinCC V7.5. But i can't find the correct syntax to this. Function example Tag1=Tag20.75 So if a operator gives in a value for Tag1 the maximum limit for Tag2 has to be Tag10.75 Can someone steer me in the right direction? Best regards, Rpoppe90

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/15/2026 Posts: 16638 Rating: (1944)	Hello Rpoppe90 the High and low limits in Tag management you cannot dynamise in runtime only with use of ODK (configuration). but as already mentioned you can use the Limit property fo IO fields, this properties you can dynamise in Runtime with Scripts as you want Bye Murof
