Hi there, I am working on a project with a COGNEX camera model IS5603-11. I have already added the GSD file, configured the network and I receive the camera information, in fact I can see the image on the HMI. One of the project´s functions is that from the HMI it is possible to change the letters that the camera is verifying, so the camera is also receiving information from the PLC. When we start the machine the PLC works fine. The problem is when we start working with the camera the PLC goes into error and displays the following message (sometimes the PLC also goes into stop mode and it is necessary to restart it.): ´Error: Cyclic and Asynchronous writes to User Data are being performed. Please choose only one method on Input/Output channel 1 la1104ocr/UserData - 128 bytes. If user data that is being transferred is greater than 254 bytes, remove the UserData module and use the write record SFC to pass the data´ We are sending 93 bytes to the camera, so the last phrase does not seem to be the problem. When I go to the User Data module where I have the error and I can find the following message: `The online and offline module configuration data are different` I have checked and I have the last GSD file given by COGNEX, and because when I restart the PLC it starts without errors I do not think it is a GSD question. It seems that the error appears when there is an exchange of information between the camera and the PLC. I attach a document with screenshots. Does anyone have a clue of what can be happening? Thanks, AttachmentCognex camera problem.pdf (607 Downloads) |
