PCS7 version including service pack and updates such as Update Collection. Also note separated installs of components like CFC V9.0 SP3 Upd5 or WinCC V7.4 SP3 Upd3. Operating system including service pack Is the project migrated? If so, from which version How often does the problem occur (Always/Often/Once/Not applicable)? Have you found a workaround? Did the function/functionality previously work? If so, did something change like an update of Windows or update of a component like CFC, WinCC, SFC? MLFB number(s) of the hardware including firmware version 1:- it is a problem for me to understand the program like S7 and process 2:- i use PCS7.0 SP1 But using cfc v 7.0 +sp1+hf8 & wincc v62 sp2 3:- operating system xp sp3 4:- no migrated since we use the same version as expert creat 5:- the problem always hepen ( no help available for this block 6 :- if you have a work around give me .i try to use can open but some cfc when i open gives problem it may greated by other way i do not know 7:- in the main engineering station no problem i make anew lap topn as engineering station when i try to use help for this cfc functio i get always no help 8:- i think yes but i will check 9:- sme firmware in ES lap
