Hi plcspace, I couldn't find much about this error and I really hadn't come across it before. The only help I can offer you is an old post that deals with the same error message that you share with us but with a different CPI than the one you currently have. I recommend that you take a look at it since in that post it seems that they were able to solve the problem and it may still work for you.
