Hello colleagues,

I am experiencing a problem with the WLAN Scalance switch W774-1.

Currently I have one W774-1 in configuration as an AP, and one as a Client. 

The wireless communication between them is working, because when I am connected to the PN port of the client, I can see my whole profinet network.

However, the Client, and two more devices which are connected to it with a profinet cable, have no connection to the PLC. In Scalance WBM I can read the Client profinet status, "PROFINET AR Status: Offline", while the AP is running properly, and it's status is "online".

Devices which are not having connection to the controller have a properly assigned profinet name and IP addresses, as in the HW-configuration of the PLC.

I am using a S7-1515-F controller, FW:2.9

I know that as of firmware 2.9 new safety features are included, specifically regarding the communications. Can this be a problem? Has anyone experienced the similar problem?

How is the configuration of your SCALANCE W devices? Are you using iPCF and L2Tunnel?

There were few more things I needed to adapt, including failsafe parameters, but at the end it worked out!
