Connecting together CPU313C and CPU315-2PN/DP with MPI

I want to communicate CPU313C and CPU315-2PN/DP. whether is that possible to connect these two using MPI Connectivity and after connecting MPI i am able to the read the data from CPU313C plc. Please give your suggestions on this.
