Diagnosis of an ET200 remote station through profinet

This must be through the Simatic Manager Step 7 software. An attempt has been made to do so with SFC 51 but an SFC 51 must be added for each module. Is there any other way to do it directly without so much development? Greetings and thanks in advance.
