Hi everyone,

I'm swearing at TIA portal because it return this error (look at the title) when I compile and try to run with the simulator, a HMI panel.

I tried to create a new project and re-import everything. Nothing at all. The error still present.

I tried to create a new HMI and re-import all the pages .Nothing at all. The error still present.

I tried to delete all the page and compile. The error apparently disappear. Then I create a new blank page. I recompile and BOOM. The error still present.

I don't want to contact the siemens support. They will answer after 3 months and i need to deliver the sofware within days.

I have TIA Portal V15.1 and I'm trying to use the integrated WinCC with a TP700 Comfort

I'm very desperate and i dont know what append. Please help me.

do you use the latest Update 3?

-> do a Backup of the Project

-> Close TIA Portal

-> Delete or Rename the "IM" Folder in the Projectpath

-> Open Again and do a recompile all

-> If nothing helps then create a new test Project-> If this works then I would say your Project has a defect

-> Then open a Service Request at Siemen Support

I have the same issue, 

I have TIA V 15.1 update 4. WinCC Comfort TP1200. and Using 1517F PLC. I am working on a multiuser server project. 

Everything was fine. I was able to check-in without any compilation error, but suddenly the same error occurred and it does not check-in without compilation error. it shows the same error. 

I do not have an IM folder as I am working on a multiuser project.

Is there any other way to solve the issue.

I read on other threads which said to follow the following procedure to compile  

Compile>Software Rebuilt all.

This solves the problem. 

I am just wondering what is the main cause of the problem if anyone could share.

I had the same problem and with the solution of Mourof 

-> do a Backup of the Project

I solved It.

Guys i had the same problem too.

It solved with the solution of deleting / renaming a file just like our friend wrote above.
