This will definitely be easy solution for some of you but not for me:

So I have been given a task to crate simple visualization on windows based tablet to display few data fields from S7-1500 PLC, but there is some issues that makes this harder..

The first and biggest one is that the PLC is sitting on a network after Tosibox, but the tablet will be on a company's internal wifi network. Purchasing another Tosibox key for this tablet is preferably avoided. So the first question - is it even possible to pool data out from PLC through Tosibox without key? I tried OPCUA (UAexpert) and it works when I connect to Tosibox with key, but not without it.

The next thing is what is the best way to deal with this data (it will be 4 strings about 14 characters long). I suppose that the easiest way would be to display it in the web browser, but my knowledge in such thing as HTML programming, javascript ect. is close to 0.

About getting the data I have few backup plans, but all of those are a bit clumsy:

One is to put some old PC in the Tosibox network and in the companys local network using 2 network cards (I suppose this wouldn't be very safe) and use it as a server and then pulling data out of it (using OPCUA). 

Other is to put this PC only in tosibox network and crate some simple free of charge scada (ex. VTScada) and use teamviewer on tablet.

Third option is to make a wifi network from Tosibox everywhere where the tablet I gonna go and then use UAexpert on tablet. But anyway I am not sure how to deal with that data correctly. Another potential us to use Node-RED, but this is a new thing for me too and will take long time to understand. I have heard that it has OPC client plugin built in it and it can build simple browser based scada too.

Hope some of you can give me some simple advice. I have done a lot of PLC programming and HMI's, but this is a new field for me that I would like to understand and educate in. Any idea form you will help me.

The 1500 is a great OPC UA server. It has 2. Either can be enabled. You can open all the global DB's and tags.  Or just a short list of tags.  I would recommend the later.  Then get IT to port forward the PLC's IP : port 4850 they will be able to tell you the IP:4850 to use to get to the data.

That would expose the values you need to get off a web page you create on a computer on site.

The HMI is also capable to producing a web page with the data you want to show.  In that case you can have them port forward PLC'sIP port 80  - but most IT departments are not keen on that idea.

Then you would just go the IP address they give you when port eighty is forwarded.
