Can not add new client to the WinCC 7.4 SP1 (integrated with Simatic Manager)

I am working with WinCC 7.4 SP1, and the project is not standalone, but rather integrated with Step 7 (V5.5 + SP4). Current configuration we have is two servers (one master and the other one standby) and two clients (operating stations) and now the client wants to add another client (operating station) in the project. It is something that should not be some kind of problem, but I am having some big time problems. I have been busy with that for the whole day yesterday and did not manage to make it happen. So basically the problem is because I can not add new client in WinCC application because the "add new computer" option is grayed out. I have done all the steps, first added new WinCC Appl. Client, assigned the network card, IP address, then is assigned the client to the master server, entered the target path for a project. The problem is that I cannot see that new client in WinCC explorer application. All the configuration and connections are good because I can ping the new client from server and also server from the new client. Is there something I am missing or? I would really appreciate it if you were to help me out on this one. Best regards.

You only have to insert the Client in Simatic Manager if you use a Multiclient with own project, if you use a Uniclient without an own project then you do not need to insert it, you only add the client in the Server project at Computer. Then check everything from this FAQ in all Servers/Clinets: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/868014 on the Client you just have to install WInCC and do the configuration from the FAQ and then interconnect to the Server Project.
