Good news that the issue was solved with the Panel Image Update to last version V18.0.0.3.

After I did the update the network dive has the status " Connected"

Hi GabyT,

I forgot to mention that you should force the device to retry the connection. You can do this with the Refresh button. However, you may get more information if you remove the connection settings and add them again.

When I saw your screenshot, I had some additional questions. As you mentioned, the HMI device has an IP address like 192.168.1.x, your PLC - as I can see - has 192.168.1.44 and the PC has 192.168.1.58, right? What type of user are you using? You mentioned a domain user, but I see 'IPC427E\EOD'. IPC427E' does not look like a common Active Directory domain name to me. If 'IPC427E' is the PC name (192.168.1.58) and 'EOD' is a locale user, you do not need to add the PC name to the user name.

Since you have been trying to get this to work for a long time, I would recommend that you create a support request. Technical support may have already seen your problem.
