When opening the project, the following message appears:
 "Microsoft SQL Server cannot access the database, 
please check permissions" 
Unfortunately, creating a new project is also not possible. 
The problem is at customer
I also have a VM with the same version of WinCC, 
on which WinCC was running. 
On this VM I uninstalled the SQL Server instance for WinCC 
and reinstalled the SQL Server using WINCC Setup. Now I have
 the same problem on this VM as the customer has. 
Now I want to reinstall WinCC. 
How do I do this?

Versions:
WinCC 7.0 SP3 UPD7
Win 7 Pro 64Bit SP1​

i solved it see attechment

 For example WinCC 7.3 uses SQL 2008, but not SQL2005, which is used in WinCC Flex 2008.
