SINEMA RC Client stops a splash screen.

However, when I attempt to run SINEMA RC, nothing happens after the splash screen. Interestingly, other users on the same PC can run the program without any issues. I am logged in as an administrator, and I have also tried using "Run as administrator," but I encounter the same result. Do you have any suggestions on why the program is not starting properly for my user account? Thank you.

Have you tried creating another user to see if it happens too? What to connect automatically (page 20) Have you checked the system compatibility? It is rare that only one user has the problem. If you're still having problems, I would try contacting support to see if they have any recommendations.
