Hello, I made the functionblock in the attachement. The purpose is as follows: When bIn becomes high bOut becomes high as well. If bIn becomes low less then a second after it became high, bOut stays high for a time equal to tMax. If bIn becomes high after a second it became high, bOut becomes low instantly.

My problem: When I use the  fb once it works fine. If I use it a second time both bOuts become high and timers start when they are not supposed to. I tried other timers but can't seem to find what the problem is. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

 The block is consuming two hardware timers. That means the design can only be called once, as the timers would be overwritten when a second instance of the FB is called.

Use a software timer. Look for the IEC Timers in the standard libraries. Used a shared instance for those timers. Also ensure that a unique DB is associated with each unique FB instance call. That means each motor control will have its own DB but the FB will be the same.

Thanks a lot. I was able to solve my problem by making my own timers in STAT, with data type TP. Is this what you meant or is there an other way?

That is more-or-less what I had in mind. "TP" is for a pulse timer, if I recall correctly. There are other IEC-Timer types too. Are you sure you are using the right one?
