this can be hard task generally in case that no service is available as special. generally, use of some SW solution with higer programming language can be maybe used but this is out of this Forum. typically same can be used for f.ex. File Server access and Files handling. I can recommend maybe cooperate and consult with your IT team what possibilities can be to access Web Server from outside. Typically stream data processing via TCP/UDP can be used as I mentioned. maybe internal JSON???? scripts can be used to do that stream channel or only access to data from outside what can then any device capable to use.
