If I can recommend something, if documentation exists to some library you're use, check this documentation. on other side if not, you can easy check generally TCP connection block errors what probably describes also yours as general connection problem.

16#80C5 The connection partner refuses to establish the connection, has terminated the connection or actively ended it.

It can be more things but especially wrong connection parameters like Remote Port value can be right tip (80 for HTTP Server???). At some specific cfg reasons, Server can simply refuse your connection, you need to know what is required to have correct connection to Server (certificate???,...).
