Dear All,

I have a system with ES, SERVER1, SERVER2, CAS, CLIENTS and I am receiving the following message:

"AM:SERVER1:Backup:Error on writing to backup path" and comments:

"Backup:invalid path for type TLG_S:\\Cas\ArchiveDir\* !"

However, I can access "\\Cas\ArchiveDir\" from SERVER1 using Windows Explorer.

Could you assist on this problem?

on which maschine is the TLG_S:\\Cas\ArchiveDir\*? I would say you have a problem with your users or rights,  ES, SERVER1, SERVER2, CAS and CLIENTS have to know each other. Get sure that you use the same user with the same rights.

Hello rh1990,

This folder is in CAS. All users are with the same username and password and are administrators in all machines. From Windows Explorer I have access to this folder from all the other machines.

I know a long time have passed since Your post, but, couple of years later, I have stuck up with the same problem. Do You maybe remember what was the problem in Your case? Do You gave any guidelines that maybe could help me out on this?
