this looks like a general wrong cfg of module (IP, PN name what is important) or other side network cfg problem, not accessible. If you click on that module (my attachment) with Online diagnostic, the error description is there with possible reason message. You need look at PN-BAC link documentation how to do proper cfg, no other way. It is also not clear to me how all devices working in this case, what devices want access that PN-BAC converter or only one device. It is simply not clear from your post what you want to do.
