Hotkeys initially not working under WinCC V 7.0

knetzi Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm using the hotkey-property of standard buttons together with picture windows for implementing a navigation framework. Under WinCC6.2 this works fine. Since using version 7.0 the hotkeys don't work until any one of the buttons was served by mouse initially. After that the hotkeys work fine, again. Could anybody help? Regards knetzi

What might be the thing is that there is a system object with the same hotkey as you have defined. Just as a test try changing your hotkey to something else and see if it works then. If the new hotkey is working then it probably is a conflict and you should find which object is causing it. R.

I have sorted it with a line of VB attached to the Open Picture Event that activates the screen. I am just curious as to why thiswas not a problemwith V6.2but iswith V7.0? Regards, JMK.

I.e. if it is a standard PCS 7 faceplate, perhaps you could use the "View" object which is in all. R.
