I wonder if there are any automatic data saves in case TIA crashes or is all lost up to the point when data was manually saved?

In some cases, TIA Portal will create a backup of your project. However, to use it, you need to contact the technical support team. And it is not created in case of a crash, it is created during some operations that take longer and may cause some errors. But to be honest, I do not know exactly in which situations, and every time I find such a backup on my computer, I delete it.
