Hello, Just to comment on number of connections. I think the number is just 57 not 57*2. In SWR, only oneconnection is configured in WinCC and a C script is used to switch between the 2 PLCs by changing IP address but still on the same connection. However, 57 connectionsare still representing a very big communication load. The solution proposed by Daga is very good. CPUs dedicated for communication are recommended in such cases. Best regards.
