How can I show the content of "Comment-Dialog"?

There is a page from support: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/11870927/en The problem is, when we do complete OS-compilation with tags and messages all changes done in "Alarm Logging" are overwritten. ------> Do you know any functionality to get comments and keep compiling without overwriting possible?
