Have you tried something like:

Dim SH, txtFolderToOpen
Set SH = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
txtFolderToOpen = "C:\Windows"
SH.Run txtFolderToOpen
Set SH = Nothing

---OR---

Dim SH, txtFolderToOpen
Set SH = WScript.CreateObject("Shell.Application")
txtFolderToOpen = "C:\Windows"
SH.Open txtFolderToOpen
Set SH = Nothing

Replacing C:\Windows with the full path of the folder you want to open.

For WinCC Explorer/Professional don't use Wscript.CreateObject, only use CreateObject.
