Working on 412-5H PLC and WinCC. All good and only hick-up is with WinCC redundancy connection to 412-5H PLC which is created using Dynamic Wizard. Attaching GSC diagnostics screenshot which clearly indicates that tags are not available/created. Infact the script generated is being called every 10sec (which is default) and the same diagnostics appear on the gsc window. So we tried a quick copy/paste of those internal tags from other old project (like @ConnectionError etc). This time GSC diagnostics didn't show any errors, but still Wincc connection to redundant cpu is unsuccessful. WinCC version installed is 7.5, SP2. Can someone help me please.

I am not sure about software redundancy wizard and whether this reply is helpful to you.

Recently I faced similar issue with S7-1500H CPUs and I resolved them like this.

Create a DB specifically for the WinCC system tags in the PLC itself and address the tags properly. Please see below the image for reference. in my case, the connection name is MCP and is connected to my MCP PLC with both addresses 172.17.18.10 and 172.17.18.12

Once the tags are addressed, then use the start value to match your device IP and Access Points as defined in your PG/PC Settings.

Thank you for the feedback. Infact since the system was being commissioned, couldnt further make any progress with trail and errors at project site. Meanwhile there was a support request generated and Siemens Support asked to go only with Win10 Pro 21H2. We did this on a spare system and still the problem remains same. Script runs well. Attached is the system architecture. May be I am missing something and someone could help me.

Just a little update. We were able to fix the problem.

Simatic net software was not installed. The moment it was installed, redundancy connection started working. May I know how simatic net software helps towards Wincc redundancy connection created viz dynamic wizard
