the link from above is not correct, because its for WInCC Professional not for Comfort/Advanced.

In Comfort/Advanced you can use the systemfunction "logon".

Create a dummy startscreen that you use for startscreen setting. there use the loaded event of the screen. do first the logon function with your settings of your default user and then a screenchange to your correct start screen.

Then this action will only be executed at startup.

If you want to login also the default user if another user is logged out, then you can use the scheduled tasks-> Event Userchange-> then use a Script to read out the logged in user (systemfunction)-> if the value is empty then there was a logout and you can use the login functionality to login the default user again
