I have problem with cloud connector config. Test connection failed. Please check the settings specified. Any ideas, what's wrong?

Use:K7,5.2.13

i used this manual before, but it not help  for me. what settings i must to check?

I use mqttx to conect to my mqtt server, everythings works with mqttx. But with winnc i have conncetion fail... :(

in startup cloud connector check...

can it be something wrong with certificate?

Do you verify firewall rules? You need to open communication with your broker on 443 , 8883 and 8443 port.

If you check where is problem try in CMD telnet <broker> 8883 and you can see if you have direct connection with broker without WinCC.
