Redconnect: Is software such as SOFTNET-IE RNA Configuration required for the redundancy of the system bus?

Engkourosh Regular Member Joined: 7/26/2022 Last visit: 4/25/2025 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	I have also a question about Redconnect , for plant bus redundancy do we need any software like SOFTNET-IE RNA Configuration for cp1613 configuration?or we just need license and the configuration in simatic and netpro? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from CP1613 A2 redundancy error , the MAC address for the configured component is already being used on the target computer by another module.

Part of the installed SIMATIC NET PC Software are the Configuration Guidelines. There is a sample for configuration of fault tolerant S7-connection.
