Hello,

Since a month we have the following problem on our PC runtime: The project goes to partially running and restarts every 30 seconds. After a while the runtime just stays in partially running and a manual action is required to restart the runtime.

If this happens at night (24h production) someone has to call IT support which costs us a lot of money every time.

The problem seems to be the applicaton GfxRTS which keeps crashing and restarting. So far the support has not been helpful and can't find the problem. We have sent our project, logged data, ...

We are very desperate for a solution, since this is not workable anymore and the factory relies on unifed working correctly for recipe handling.

Hopefully someone has had this issue and knows what to do.

If you do not have the latest version of WinCC Unified installed, I recommend installing it. Also, I recommend checking your PC's resources and ensuring that they are within the released ranges:

We have installed all the latest updates and the server is well above spec. This started happening 5 months after commissioning. Before that all went well.

We have contacted the support team multiple times the past 4 weeks with little to no response. I hope there will be a specific fix, if we have to wait for a public release I fear that WinCC Unified will be thrown out or I will get thrown out. 

So far this program has been a nightmare to work with because of all the bugs.
