I have a project which requires to logged AI and DI datainto a SD card.
1]I can remove theSD card anytime and put into my laptop card reader to read the data in CSV form.
2] If insert back the SD card (or a new SD card), the data should continue to log again
3] If detected no SD card, the data should be kept in the PLC/WinCC Flexible/TP177B for a specific period of time and override by new data.
4] If the SD card is full, the old data will be override bynew data in the SD card.

I have the following items with me:-
a] PLC CPU 315-2DP
b]twoAI card reading input 4-20mA
c] one DI card reading PBbuttons signal
d] one TP177B with multi media card slot

e] WinCC flecible 2007

My configuration is, the TP177B is connecting to profibus via the CPU 315 profibus port for dispaying AI and DI values/status

5] Isthe TP177B multi media card slot compatible with SD cards?

6] How can I go aboutdoing the data logging and transfer theinformation into the SD card from time to time

7] Is the above itemswhich i bought enought todo thetask or I still need extra hardware or software
8] If I dont useTP177B & WinCC flexible, is there devicethat is able to com throughthe profibus port of the 315 CPUand this device can do logging of the AI & DI information and write into a SD card as well?

...if i were to use xP277 how do i go about doing data logging? Appreciate that you can give me some idea!
