It is also possible between S7-1500 and S7-300, also mentioned in the PDF.

For better assistant:

• Profibus DP oder Profinet?
• Both CPUs in the same subnet or in different ones?
• Firmware versions of S7-300?
• Communication via CP oder between CPUs direktly?
• Both CPUs programmed with TIA and which versions?

They are in the same subnet and communication via Profinet. 

The 319F also have a fail safe connection with an other 319F, this connection is an S7 connection with the blocks F_RCVS7 and F_SENDS7

I don't find the blocks F_RCVS7 and F_SENDS7 in TIA, only the SENDDP and RCVDP blocks. But then I have to use a PN/PN coupler?

 as both CPUs are in the same subnet, I-Device is possible, you do not need an PN/PN coupler.

SENDDP/RCVP on S7-1500, F_SENDDP/F_RCVDP on S7-300 (not the *S7 ones).

Which CPU you would like to use as I-Device is just personal perference, hw-config has to be changed on both sides anyways. In my opinion, the configuration dialog for I-Device is more comfortable in TIA, so I probably would configure the S7-1500 as I-Device, export the GSDML file and install/use the GSD in STEP 7 classic for the S7-300.
The configuraion process for the safety transfer areas in TIA including the temporary dummy cpu is described in the FAQ mentioned above.
