I have a well working solution with 1 WinCC V7.5 communicating with redundant S7 Protocol to 2 S7-400 PLCs (redundant link created via the WinCC dynamic wizard).

I would like to do the same with S7-1500 PLCs, but the wizard does not show S7-1500 channel links.

Is this possible ?

From WinCC V7.5 SP1, it is possible to establish a connection to a redundant S7- 1500 system.

The procedure for this is described in the WinCC Information System: SIMATIC HMI WinCC V7.5 SP1 WinCC Information System > Communication > SIMATIC S7-1200, S7-1500 Channel > Channel configuration:

WinCC V7.5 SP1 WinCC Information System > Redundant System S7-1500R/H

With S7-400 (and even S7-300), it was possible to achieve this with normal CPUs (non S7-400H).

Is there any chance to have something similar with S7-1500 (non R or H) ?

Thanks a lot, it works by using those variables (by hand for the moment).

However, the script given on that page doesn't work, I'll have to adapt it to make it work.
