WinCCViewer RT - no connection to server

I have got installed the TIA V17 WinCC Advanced and TIA V18 WinCC Advanced / Unified PC on my PC. I have read that SCS component can couse this problem. I had also (now unstalled)TIA V16 and SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.6 software. Could you please explain my how to solve this problem. WebNavigator (WinCCViewerRT on the web client) is an option only for WinCC V7/8 and WinCC Professional. In WinCC Advanced, the remote access to the Runtime program is called SmartServer, while in WinCC Unified the Runtime is web-based and therefore Unified web clients are used. What type of web server have you configured in your project? Some additional screenshots would be clarifying.

The problem is to connect to server when any of the siemens software is installed on PC. Having TIA WinCC couse the problem of the connection.
