Tia Portal crashes when i try to change device (HMI)

JavierMorneo27081... Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	i'm new at this so sorry if i do something wrong. I'm trying to compile a WinCC Unified application but i got a error message: "Compilation failed. Please contact SIEMENS customer support". Already delete the IM folder but its doesnt works. I saw a option that is change the hmi for the same hmi but with a different version, when i do this, TIA Portal crashes. Can you help me with this? Thank you so much. What is your exact version of installed software and operating system? Can you compile and replace an HMI device in a new project?
