Sinamics V90 position lost after power off (while using home as mode 7)

Dear Aled1197, Normaly the TO does the homing by it self, and the V90 is just a simple closed loop speed controlled axis. No Sinapos is needed. When Sina_Pos is in use, then the absolute encoder has to be adjusted and the drive with its encoder has to be homed. according the manual in Application example: Referring the manual: SIMATIC S7-1500 S7-1500/S7-1500T Axis functions V6.0 as of STEP 7 V17 Section 3.12: In the following cases, the "Homed" status is reset, and the technology object must be rehomed. • Replacement of the CPU • Modification of the encoder configuration • Restoration of the CPU factory settings • Transfer of a different project into the controller When you use a new absolute value encoder you need to home the absolute encoder once again. Resetting the memory of the CPU or upgrading a project does not require another absolute encoder adjustment. Use for encoder connection: Absolute value with setting cyclic absolute
