I have a strange situation here. 

I have a LOGO connected in the company network. 

Sometimes it is connected, I can PING LOGO, but suddenly disconnects.

In this case, I already checked the cables (normal) and the configuration of IP, mask, gateway (normal). 

And when I connect direct my notebook with LOGO, I can PING normal. 

Please, can anybody help me?

This is solely a network problem and not a logo problem. Without detailed network information, you can't do anything with this general request. But since this is a company network, you have to communicate with your network administrator

I already talked to the network administrator, that checked everything and said it is ok, including the cables.

What is strange is that when I connect my notebook in the same network of the LOGO and the company, then LOGO responds to PING command. It seems that LOGO "wake up" with the notebook, I don`t know how to explain.

LOGO keeps communicating for some days and then stops without any change in the network. So, I have to connect the notebook again, to return the communication.

The variety of possibilities is as colorful as a bouquet of flowers. It is almost impossible to isolate the problem from a distance.

Personally, I don't think it comes directly from the logo. I rather suspect that the channel to the logo is put to sleep through a configuration in the switch when there is no data stream. It will only be woken up again by a direct request from the PC.

But as I wrote in my last post, we don't know the entire project or the network.

I think that can happen the opossite. LOGO stays in stand-by when there is no data flow.

I cannot confirm or deny whether this happens in the opposite direction. For me, only LOGOs communicate with each other in their own network, and are quite "chatty"
