Hello All 

I am using Wincc  7.0 SP3+upd1. When i open my project file i have seen an error message

"The user does not have the rights to perform this action. Please check the assignment of the current user of the user group in windows"

I just copied project file from another computer. My system current user is member of SIMATIC HMI user goup.

I follow this link to remove this error but i have not got any success

Hello Sandeep Bakoliya,

you can get such a message to, if you try to open a WinCC-project,
which is integratet in the Simatic Manager or was integratet there
before and copied out, directly in the WinCC-Explorer.
There is an entry in the configuration database, which marks
the project as such an integratet project.

You could try to open the configuration database in the
SQL Server Management Studio and delete the entries.

Yes i have copied Wincc project from Simatic Manager integrated project. i have deleted database files which is given in screenshot on your post.

After that project open easily without any message.
