WINCC RT Advanced communication problem with S7 1200 PLC

The PLC IP address is 192.168.10.20 and the PC is 192.168.10.200. I can able to add the hmi tags from the plc tag through HMI Connection 1 but when i start runtime, the value shows # value even when plc is online. I have tried to device proxy but the same problem appear. Is there any way to solve this problem. Thanks, Baldeep Attachment Windows RT.PNG (384 Downloads)

When you have an Alarm view show Alarm buffer. What are the messages you see?
