I found Picture Tree Manager in WinCC Explorer, and attached is the snapshot of the dialog that result when choosing "Picture Properties" showing the thumbnail of the correct, update picture that is desired. When I look at the runtime (connecting to the OS via the ES) I don't see any buttons or options where I might refresh or change the graphics. I am not sure where to look.The attached snapshot is showing the correct graphic.

 Refresh (Shift+F5) or just change the area picture in runtime then put it back to "HeatMedium".

I have made progress; I physically went out to the control room, and the new graphic is appearing normally on the OS client operator stations. This is a step forward, however , I notice that the remote client on which I am working from out of my office is still showing the "old" graphic. I think this has to do with the web client. Attached is a snapshot from my office.

This is progress, and I will comntinue to work the problem of the remote connection, and why it is different from the OS clients live in the control room.

Your suggestions have been most helpful, and any additional comments are very much appreicated.

 That is a different case if it is a web option. If you want to update the graphics in the web client, you have to publish the picture on the web server. Please see the attached file for your reference on how to publish picture(s) on a web server.

I followed the steps listed in section 8.1.5 "How to Publish Data", and used the 

"WinCC Web Publishing Wizard" (see attached snapshot). After I finished the twenty-one steps of the instructions in section 8.1.5, the message box indicated that the publish operation was successful. I then restarted the Web Server. The Webserver rebooted normally and the runtime WinCC started normally.

I then connected to the Web Server and the desired screen, "Heat Medium" was still the same original screen, and not updated.

Any suggestions as to what steps I may have left out, or what I've done wrong is much appreciated !

 After publishing, you need to download it to the webserver. If the web option you use is an "OS multiple stations" setup, the webserver would be one of your OS clients.

( In the snapshot, you can see the Webserver at left in the ES multi-project explorer tree; I simply right-clicked on "WEB[1], then selected "PLC", then "Download"), The Download section in the Siemens literature is not clear to me (section 8.5 I think).

Do you have a suggestion ?

Problem: RT Station not obtainable 

Then you have to check your connection.

- Check simatic shell (check if it is in terminal bus)

- ping both stations.

- check the project path if it is correct.

- check pg/pc interface.

- check physical connection in terminal bus

I have project with pcs7 and i make modification on graphics and try to download only change from server station to client but not able to mark on it
