If it is the last two, it is probably corrupt and I would recommend downloading the files again or mounting the ISO.

Have you installed the software first outside the domain as an administrator and then brought it into a particular domain? First I would recommend creating a local user with administrator rights. Then if it doesn't work, I recommend uninstalling the software and the SQL Server outside the domain with administrator rights and then putting it in the domain if that is your case and login as a local user w/ Administrator privileges Best regards!
