I have the Tia v19, a s12 1215 DC/DC/DC and a SPC-D Positioner valve

The problem im getting is that i cant find a way to get the online connection, it doesnt get a BUS connection with the  PLC.

The only thing working is that i can ping it. not more, not less.

I tried with a switch, without switch, making a fresh project and config, different ethernet cables, different ports, different ips, checked the subnet. Everything possible in my book

there just is no sign of life in tia

i would certainly appreciate help and am  thankful for everyone investing time to find the mistake

If you look at the online view of devices and networks, what symbol do you have on the valve?

Did you assing the device name to the Valve? Profinet communications doesn't work without the assinged name. Easyest way to assing the device name is from the online view of devices & netwroks and right click on the device and select Assing device name.

Did you download the hardware configuration by right click on the PLC, in the project tree and select download -> hardware configuration?
