osama roshdy Joined: 12/14/2023 Last visit: 11/8/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Siemens Experts, i have error says Io_link from type AL 1302 brand IFM , my plc S7 1500 can not reach it as mentioned in my diagnostics status, below attached the message error which i have. The IO device specified in the detailed information has failed or is not present. Check whether the failure belongs to an intended maintenance intervention. Check whether the failure occurs once or is repeatedly coming/going. Check whether there are more device failures and locate the failed device(s) in the IOSystem topology. Regard special device types (e.g. I devices, IE-IE-IOC) Remedy: Check power supply, network wiring and connectors. The IO device cannot be detected on the network. Remedy: The device may not be seen by the PLC due to wiring problems, power-off of the device or device failure. Check wiring to the device, check whether the device is up and running. The IO device is reachable, but does not have a PROFINET device name or IP address. Use online access / update accessible devices, assign PROFINET device name or similar tools to check the PROFINET device name and the IP address of the IO device. how can i solve this, your advice will be highly appreciated. regards,
