Hi guys,

I have a customer having a hdd issue. They have two Hit8S machine and one has faulty hdd and they have copied hard drive from another Hit8S and booted up okay.

But only problem is that they are having "Parts cather " alarm which that machine dont have part catcher on it so they asked me to remove the alarm.

Is that something doable and can the machine work with this hdd?

If no any recommendations would be appreciated.
