Hello,

I'm trying to convert Comfort panel to Unified panel using Data2Unified V1.2.0.0 Add-in.

I did everything as they recommend in the instructions - assigned user to TIA Openness group, restarted PC, activated add-in, inserted Unified panel and created HMI connection, started add-in and selected devices to convert. It is searching for few second but then doesn't show any recognized content to be transferred.

Any idea what can be reason?
