Issues trying to open V13 project

When I try to open the project, the software tells me to install WinCC Advanced V12. I actually have V12 SP1 installed, but for some reason this is not detected or this is not what the program is looking for. I couldn't find a regular V12 install without the SP1. Does anyone have any bright idea's on how to open our project? Thanks in advance!

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/9/2026 Posts: 16629 Rating: (1944)	Hello With which Version was the project opened/saved the last time? do you have already installed V13 SP2 Upd4 as written in the message? -> To open a TIA Project you have to install all packages in this TIA Version. It will not solve the issue if you install a V12 WinCC Advanced Version. You have to install all needed Packages in your V13(Sp2 Upd4) Bye Murof
