The touch screen stops working after a while

It has been running for about three weeks, and every now and then, about once a week, the touch screen on the PC stops working on the WinCC Unified PC but still works on Windows. The physical keyboard and mouse always work. To fix this, I restart the WinCC Station Configuration display and that's it. I don't even have to restart the project in the SIMATIC Runtime Manager or restart the PC. I just press Ctrl + F4 on the keyboard to exit the Runtime display and run it again to fix the problem. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to restart the WinCC Unified touch screen, for example, to put it in a scheduled task? The HMI is in a food environment, so every night they clean the machine and splash water on the panel. This could cause a keystroke. Is it possible that it crashes due to multiple simultaneous keystrokes? Thank you very much and best regards.

The WinCC Unified PC Runtime is displayed in a normal browser window. I cannot imagine that a touch problem is caused by the runtime affecting the browser. I would suggest you to contact technical support for a deeper analysis. Kind regards Stefan

I use the Kiosk mode of SIMATIC WinCC Unified Station Configurator V19, which I assume has its own browser. And it is the Kiosk mode that I restart to get the touch working again. I have not tried to open a session with a web browser without closing the Kiosk when this happens in case it is in the project or in the session opened at that time. Thanks for the help!
