   I have the similar question about this problem,when i using the PH2022 SP2,the process historian console still work nomally,but after i update the updatecollection 04 to 05,the same error happen.i cannot start the PH Console and the same diagnostic message:Grant license failed. could you help me with that in detail? what should i do to resolve it? appreciate you very much.

AS I understand from the screenshot, you are using PH2014 SP2 old version, better you upgrade to 2014 SP3 UPD6.

And please use the below recommended OSs for the seamless operation
