I lost the administrator password of a MTP1000. How can I reset the password?

Are you talking about the password to access the Runtime project or the Unified Panel itself (e.g. Control Panel access)?

I mean the  the password to access to Control Panel Security management.

I tried Factory Restore with ProSave but it did'nt work

problem is solved

You can changed the Admin passwords

create a new TIA project including the MTP

add a HMI administartor user in "Security settings" (eg "Admin", "password")

download it in the MTP ensuring "Runtime values"->"Keep current user administration data in runtime" option is unchecked

now MTP administrator is the new user.
