With a project, configured web server, using Unified 10" Panel, with TIA17 images installed, and web server properly configured., accessing web server by typing IP address and logging in..

If I do it on a local network connection (so my laptop directly plugged to local network) usually starts web server at first with no relevant issues

However, accessing by means of a VPN (like eWon) some times takes several attempts to start web server (connection always works fine, and typical menu with Unified RT, user management, etc it is properly displayed), or sometimes it is even virtually not possible. On that situations testing a VNC connection works as charm at first always.

Is there some configuration, latency, response time, or network configuration that makes web server sluggish or more difficult to be started up while connecting thought some remote VPN access to physical device?

It is interesting some times to access panel, observe values, without interfering normal use of operators, or even to avoid that any can figure out passwords or usernames used for maintenances or commissioning proposes, as this can be unveiled using a VNC program

Dou you have an update please? I've the same problem in V19.

Not really.

Lately seems to be smoother, however I don't know if improvment comes by installing the latest firmware (V19 upd3) or if it comes form latest changes we did on our VPN provider related to OpenVPN, and some firmware changes from their side.

What I had noticed was that if first you log at "User Management", and then start "WinCC Unified RT"
