Split from PCS7 Operation Log.

Hi Mbarnes,

In standard PCS 7 the operation list should  only contains operator input actions.

In the background a script is triggerd by the system started by a button on the operator input fields, like the blue pop-out screens below an APL faceplate.

You are able to trigger this script (or directly the alarm) also via custom scripts/objects.
If this script is triggered for information purpose only you should concider to use a different alarm class like "Process Message without achnowledgement"

So, it depends on the level of customizing.
